My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, very near everything I wanted to see, but in a neighborhood that made me feel unsafe alone at night. The rooms were comfortable, with a temperature of 103 degrees that bothered me a bit. Service was fantastic, with an HR allied general manager who clearly cared about providing excellent service. The dining options were varied, with fun touches like Texas-shaped waffle makers, but I found the grilled cheese a bit lackluster. The facilities were great overall, though I wished for a bit more attention to detail in some areas.
